In which regions are the Luxalps chalets located?+
We rent chalets at three locations: at Turracher Höhe by Lake Grünsee (Carinthia, Austria), in Sankt Englmar in the Bavarian Forest, and in Inzell in the Chiemgau (Bavaria, Germany).
How many people can the chalets accommodate?+
Depending on the chalet, they suit couples, families and larger groups – many chalets offer several bedrooms. You'll find the exact capacity on each region page.
Do the chalets have a sauna, hot pot or pool?+
On Turracher Höhe, every chalet has a private sauna and hot pot. In Sankt Englmar, all chalets have a sauna and hot pot – except the holiday apartment. In Inzell, two chalets have a hot pot, plus a seasonal outdoor pool in summer.
Are pets allowed?+
In Sankt Englmar, pets are warmly welcome on request. Simply let us know about your dog when you enquire.
How does check-in work?+
Check-in is contactless via a key box. Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am – so you can arrive flexibly and relaxed.
Where can I park?+
In Inzell, one free parking space is available per chalet. In Sankt Englmar and on Turracher Höhe, free parking is available on the grounds (limited in places).
Is there WiFi?+
Yes, free WiFi is available in all chalets.
Are bed linen, towels and the final cleaning included?+
Yes, bed linen and towels are included. The final cleaning is – unless stated otherwise – already included in the price.
How do I book best? Can I also book via Booking or Airbnb?+
The best price is booking directly with us – with no portal fees and personal service.
What about cancellation?+
Cancellation terms depend on the chosen period. If you have any questions, just talk to us personally – we'll find a solution.
Can I book for groups, companies or celebrations?+
Yes. At several locations you can book multiple chalets together – ideal for groups, company events, weddings or celebrations.
What activities are there nearby?+
Depending on the region: ski-in/ski-out, tobogganing and cross-country skiing in winter, plus swimming, hiking and mountain biking in summer. Details are on each region page.
